Expanded graphite seals made by durable elastic material graphite. Packing and Gasket allowable to be used in many industrial application. It can be used in high temperature and pressure steam, heat transfer fluid, hydrogen gas, ammonia, organic solvents, hydrocarbon and cryogenic liquid etc

     Expanded graphite filled rings are high-pressure molded into rings of the required dimensions. During the expansion process, the graphite retains its excellent inherent properties such as electrical and thermal conductivity and chemical resistivity. From the elasticity and structure of the compressed graphite washer, it can be also seen that it is not attacked by chemicals and thus provides an effective seal without any loss of torque.

Service Temperature:

In oxidizing atmosphere:  -400° - 752°F (-240 - 400°C)

In reducing atmosphere:  -400° - 329°F (-240 - 165°C)

Service Pressure:  Up to 440 kg / cm2 (In combination with back-up ring)

pH Range:  0-14
